Install ?s for a 4 spoke steering wh on a 69 Cutty

From what I've read the 69 steering wheel hub is different than later years. What would I need to mount a 4 spoke wheel on a 69 Cutlass with a tilt column? Just a later year hub?

thanks,
Steve

A '69 hub is the same as a '70 hub. Different colour.

You read wrong. All 1969-up steering columns with the key on the column are the same diameter and take the same hubs. It's the 1968-older columns that are different since they do not have the key and are smaller in diameter. FYI, you can install the 69-up hub on the 68 column, but it looks funny because the diameter is different.
