Inner Fenders

So I cleaned the guck off my inner fenders and now I need to get them back to a nice finish ,can the plastic be sanded to remove gouges and scape marks and if so what grit works ?
I 've done other plastic pcs with Duplicolour vinyl dye so i'll be using that product again ,works awesome .
Any thoughts guys ?

I would clean them good, with the Sem's products, and use the primer for plastic, and then sand ,and reprime till they are smooth, and then redye them, I have done several red pairs. Do have to check them over good before the final dye. The first set I did,I did not prime them real good, and when the final dye put on I could see some sanding marks.
