The "Y74" on the cowl tag is the indicator.

At the least, by the VIN and data tag, it is a convertible Cutlass. It was manufactured in the third week of March, 1970. Trim (TR) code 970 is Black Bucket Seats. Paint 10 A is Porcelain White with Black top.

Well, exactly what information are you looking for? It's a Y74 cowl tag. The list of track cars was posted on FB. That list even has the key codes that will let someone cut a key for this car. What more do you want to know? FYI, crowdsourcing info on the interwebs will typically yield about 80% incorrect info and 20% correct. How do you plan to differentiate between those?

Instead of bringing up a post four years old, why did you not start your own new one? I see you are new to the site but you should learn to look at dates before posting.

He did that too. Now I've merged those posts. FYI, that old post ALSO had the list of VINs from the track cars, which should have been easy to check against the OP's VIN.

If you want information, go ask the owner.

Legendary...just legendary...this "pace car" is like COVID 19. Just doesn't want to go away and can be a nightmare for anyone that has to deal with it.
