ignition coil/condensor

On my '71 Supreme, I have a condensor that is mounted on the coil, and is wired to the positive terminal on the coil. What is it's function, and if I replace it, what to ask for. It is about the same size as the one used with the points under the dist. cap. I see no listing for it anywhere online.

That condenser is for radio noise suppression.

Thanks, then there's no reason to replace. (Having starting problems).
