I was going to say 1968 only because of the apparent 90 degrees in order to meet up with the 1968-only long or short 90' adapter on the cleaner snout.

Now, I am not sure.

God Forbid they stamp any sort of clue like a letter or number.

Heat Riser Tubes are. consequently, one of the hardest things to ID and peg the application for, and so if you EVER see one in a KNOWN application, and are removing it, mark on it.

the mounting holes for the screws to the exhaust manifold shroud also provide a clue

I was thinking 68 small block, which also includes 69 W-31
