For only 750,000,000.00 You can bet the farm the gov't will buy it!! That is the best example of 'jumblespeak' I've ever heard. And he kept a straight face through the whole thing....If that was from memory he should be President.

C'mon guys, admit it! For the first 10-15 seconds weren't you trying hard to understand "how the tanny works"? It was just the right amount of simple words and BS that it hooks you. I couldn't believe how complex it got after that....But man was he sincere.
If you listened to the end after he unrolled the 'number' that's when the audience started laughing and clapping - so did I!!

Kind of reminds me of an old Hogans Hero's episode, where the guy's threw together something from old junk parts to distract the German officers from what they were really doing. They called it a Gunkulator, and the Germans pretended they knew what it was, that their German built Gunkulator was better than ours. Knowing the government, this kind of stuff, probably actually goes on.
