how to remove washer?
Guys, just like to know if the washer can be removed, and how, on the door strikers. I would like to replace the nylon sleeve on the bolt as mine have worn through.
Pic for identification, mine are toast.

Hold the head of the bolt on a vise and unscrew the washer

Mine were the same condition, and in the end, it was less hassle to just replace them with new parts.
