How do these look?

My old man found these ETs in his buddies shed. Original ET 5s dated 10-64. 15x6s. Sidewall may be a too low profile, but anything else would rub. Thoughts?

I like them!! With 15x6, I bet you can get a wider and taller tire on the back.

Nice. I have a set on my 72 wagon but not near as good of shape as those.

Fronts are the one to worry about. Anything taller and they will rub when I turn. The offset on them is pretty shallow.

Fronts are fine, you need more meat in the back, LOL!

They look sharp. They look to be in amazing shape for the age.

The guy that had them bought them new back in 65. He used to drag race a lot, held the track record at Milan Dragway, and was buying all kinds of wheels and speed parts. He kept all the wheels he bought, stacked in a shed that is now falling in. These wheels were sunk in the dirt, the bottom wheel was buried. My dad has known the guy for 40 years and he gave him the wheels. All the wheels he bought were 15s, which makes them really rare today because everyone bought 14s so as to not have to buy new tires.

He gave him these wheels too, Ansen front runners, 15 x 3.5.

Those are awesome! I have the equivelent to G70-15's in front and L60-15's in back on mine. When I burn the rears off I think I might go a bit wider and taller also!
