Isn't that steering wheel incorrect on the '69 H/O
I thought the '69 wheel had the flat across the top

 

 

 

Joe's car is amazing. The lowrider that's just what happens when someone see's a car as a blank canvas to turn into art. I love the vert cutlass .

 

I am not sure maybe one of the H/O guys will chime in. I do believe that H/O belongs to one of the members here.

 

There is no clear interior shot of the '69 there. I do see one from a '70 with a green bench seat and the flat across the bottom wheel. Is that the one you're talking about? That was in another white '70 Cutlass that was there. The '69 (mine) has the N34 sport wheel... You can see it in one of the other shots through the rear window.
