Hot air choke

Hey family quick question. Having to redo my olds 77 quadrajet choke. I've found a complete housing from coil lever to fast idle arm and the shaft description says it has a casting on it of 17059747 .can I use this on my 77 quadrajet 17057256 ? Also are the hot air choke coils universal?

If everything looks the same and the arm travel is the same I would use it. Probably the only difference is the choke spring tension, but this is adjustable. Choke coils are not universal they are for there own year and make, they all have different part #s from year to year.. .Some are electric heated & some are heated via a heat tube. Just get the one your car calls for & adjust it as needed...
