Horn issue

What is the most common reason horns don't work tested horns it self with hot wire and they work.
I guess the horn relay? 70 olds

Sounds like a reasonable guess. Those relays aren't expensive either. I'm guessing you tested the horns by jumping power to them while they were still mounted to the car?
