Horn issue

What is the most common reason horns don't work tested horns it self with hot wire and they work.
I guess the horn relay? 70 olds

Sounds like a reasonable guess. Those relays aren't expensive either. I'm guessing you tested the horns by jumping power to them while they were still mounted to the car?

Relay, wires, connectors, horn button -- You know, everything else in the system.

Fixed bad contact in steering wheel LOL
