Friend is looking for headers for his 70 455 4speed 442, just informed me the hooker 3202 are discontinued. WTF??

Did Holley realize they don’t fit LS engines, and figure no need to manufacture them any longer?? 🙄

 

they havent been selling any since they raised the price, and the company is only concerned with what they can make lots of money off of.

Do they still make the 3902 version?

 

I bought a set of 3902's about a month ago. They were advertised and available from all the usual sources. No indication they were going away.

 

3902s Competition are the 1 3/4 diameter header, a good cruising header, but not the 1 7/8 of the 3202s which were Super Competition Headers

 

I think my friend is going to use the 3902, they might fit a little easier with the 4 speed. Never messed with a 4 speed olds, so I don’t really know what to expect. Either way, he isn’t doing anything until after Homecoming, who knows what I’ll find in the swap meet.
