Help with power bench seat removal

66 cutlass with power bench seat. Replacing the carpet and cannot get the seat out. Got all 4 corner bolts and nuts but there still is something holding the seat in place close to the rear of the seat on the corners as it rocks but doesnt budge. Anyone know what holds it there? I also can work it with the switch but it doesnt go forward or reverse. I can feel a rubber snubber under the drivers side spinning but it doesnt move the seat. Doesnt seem to be belt driven from what I can see and feel

Yeah, the other two bolts you haven't removed yet. There are six total, not four.

Thanks. I was able to pull up an assembly diagram in one of those links and just as I thought, without being able to move the seat forward, and I tried the cable drill as well, one cannot get the bolt off center back. I seen in the illustration the roundish triangle cover as well and the bolt is there.. just cant get to it. The upholstery guy said he can install carpet around it all, it just wont be under the tracks. I guess I wish it worked but it is all the way back and maybe a fight for another time.. yeah probable never but at least I know where that pesky thing is if I ever come across again.

If you were really desperate to get the seat out, you could remove the seat from the track mechanism by removing the four bolts holding the seat to the track. 1/2 " socket or box end wrench. Try that.
