Can anyone tell me who sells the most correct heater core for a 70' Cutlass.
I have tried two different aftermarket cores and they don't fit correctly.
The problem I am having is the end tanks are not thick enough to allow end brackets to hold core in place snug.
I do not want to use shims.

Take your old one to a radiator shop, and see if they can repair your old one.

 

Look at Speedway motors, they were selling copper/brass for Chevelles.
