Anyone up in the area get out on the weekends up there?

 

I went to the cruise -in 2 months ago. There is 350-400 cars every week end. $2 to get in. The only reason i was up there was the all GM show that was put on by Capital City Rockets. You ought to join the club. There are members that go to the cruise in every once in a while.

 

I go when time and weather permits and as Marcus notes, it's usually awesome - just don't expect many Oldsmobiles. They cut off attendance at 400 cars and usually reach that number. The only times I've been disappointed with the turnout is when the weather was threatening or it was a holiday weekend.

 

Capital City Rockets........and theyd let a southerner join? Man, we've come a long way. Ill have to look into em. I had been a couple of weekends, my brother-out-law lives in Falling Waters. As I recall, it was late and there was weather so there wasn't as many there. Joe, Ill swing by next week and look you up.
