Well finally decided to go ahead and do it on the Cutlass. I got an agreed value $20k policy through Safeco with 100/300/50 coverage, $250 deductible and towing for a whopping $206 per year. Before I was paying the same amount for just Liability.

We switched to them last year and this year we had a major hail claim on my sons car. They were by far the easiest company I ever dealt with on a claim.

Now I am deciding on whether to register the car as an Antique. I don't know if Texas is changing the plate colors to match the current white with black numbers. I am also looking for a set of 67's to register. Anyway my registration is good till April so I have time.
