Good Guys Dallas
Hi folks,
Spent the morning at Good Guys Dallas, would have stayed longer except I am getting too old to walk around all day, my date wasn't too interested in it and it was kind of damp and misty-rainy.
I did meet a few Oldsmobile owners and tried to encourage them to check us out here. I took a few pictures that I thought you all would enjoy. The owner of the '67 was Gary (I think) and he needs a few more odds and ends and is thinking about building the 455 that came with the car and replacing it with the 350 with a 330 crank that was in it. He has owned this car for quite a while. The owner of the '72 was Rob and he was also interested in the site. They are both nice guys. I didn't talk much to the owner of the '48. He owns a hot rod shop N.E. of Dallas out Hwy30 way. He bought the car as it was built and was trying to sell it. It has a new GM crate engine in it, something about 600??? Don't ask me. I am not so sure he will show up here. Anyway, pictures following.....
