GM compatable 1970 front 98 bench seat frames.

I have posted in the parts wanted section as well. I need to replace a rusted out front bench seat in my 1970 C/B ambulance. So 98 based. Are there other GM models that would have used the same seat frame? Thanks in advance.

The spacing between the mounting tracks is the same on all the 1965-70 B/C-body cars. Note that power seat tracks have a different mounting pattern to the floorpan than do manual adjusters, but the location of the threaded holes that the tracks bolt to on the underside of the seat frame is the same. Of course there were a multitude of different bench seats used in these cars, including one-piece seatbacks (for four door cars), split seatbacks (two doors), notchback seats with a center armrest, and the Strato bench seat that used the seatbacks from the buckets on a bench seat bottom. This latter version used a unique center armrest.

Have seen two power front benches in over twenty years of yarding. '69 Buick Electra 225 coupe, and '70 Chev Impala four door. Left both be, due to difficulty in finding buyers, and logistics. Either one would have made a neat living room conversation piece, in hindsight.
