GAS CAP ID What year and model used this one?

GAS CAP ID What year and model used this one?
This is not one I have seen before. It has 2 "EARS" 180* across from each other. Reads "Caution Open Slowly "

I never really payed attention what it says on those caps over the years but I’m curious now . I could only guess the caution would be for crankcase gasses( what year they used them I have no clue )I have 72 and 76 cutlass supremes both what I believe have their original oil fill caps . When I get home I’m going to check them .
