Fuse and plug question

Fuse and plug question

Can anybody tell me what this round black two wire plug with the orange and yellow wire and what size fuse goes into this line by the horn relay on a 1970 442 with A/C

Nothing that I've seen before. Looks to be possibly aftermarket.

Looks to be part of their factory harness. But no way to tell that i know of ---

Does the car have power door locks? If so those wires are for electric seat back releases which is built into the door lock harness not used if no electric seat back releases.

Believe it is a 25 amp fuse for a/c to the horn relay. Check the service manual to be sure.

Yes. Has power door looks, so they are not used then ?? Thanks.

Fuse has to be a real shorty. Maybe 1/2" to 5/8" long to fit into the holder Looked at service and assembly manuals but dont see it anywhere ??

Yes it is the short fuse but it is 30 amp just looked it up on top of the page in section 12-66.

The additional wires are not used

That would be why I've never seen that before. I've never seen a car that had that option.
