First family drive in the Jetfire

We took the Jetfire out for a drive. We stopped at a local working mill and covered bridge in Bridgeton Indiana. only 20 miles away but the first time i ever went inside. this bridge was burned down in 2005 by an arcanist and rebuilt by the Amish in 2006.

That is awesome. I would love to see those pics done in black and white. It would a total throw-back.

The jetfire looks great. Glad its running well. Did you get the pause corrected? Great looking couple of kids. Is that you hiding behind the wheel?

i never thought of black and white...

it is running great now. i have a miss on the top end that i need to iron out but at 3/4 throttle it boosts real good and keeps pulling. driving a turbo is so backwards from a normal aspirated car. i am still getting use to it. all the cars i ever drove pull hard and maintain that or fall off as the rpm increase. this one pulls pretty good but pulls harder and harder the faster you go. i am looking forward to getting the top end figured out to see how well it pulls then. i will order a Pertronix and a vacuum canister this week.

Thanks, i will for sure drive it to the Suds on the 25th now. speaking of that, i will bump that thread. i have a Pertronix, coil, vacuum advance, more plug wires, cap and rotor coming. D&D is telling me that this should fix my top end problem.

That car looks awesome. It's great to see that you can enjoy it with the family! Then you can enjoy the wife and kids and the car at the same time!
