Rain here in Atlanta. Although it's been upper 60s all day. I miss summer.

We have had no rain for about a month out here in California(San Francisco Area) frosty mornings and upper 60's with clear blue skies in the daytime. I'm lov'in it since I work outside in the elements. The days are now getting LONGER!! Chumley

This is what a typical winter in Edmonton looks like. Yes that's a paddle wheel boat tied up at Rafters Landing (bottom left) Rest of the time we have to snowshoe, dogsled it, or use the skidoo to get around. Just kidding, but it can get pretty ugly here, not pretty like the picture. Both these were 2010.

Right now we have an unseasonably warm (37°F) streak of weather that looks like it will melt all our snow and maybe leave us with a brown Christmas.

Allan, Allan, Allan......Hell for me isn't a firey, flaming underworld but someplace like Edmonton, Alberta. I dread the cold and winter so a 60 F day in late December is welcome, indeed. Florida, here I come !

We had just that today, before winter made a mad dash to the stage... Blustery north winds dropped that the 40s in just an hour or so. Supposed to hit freezing tonight - ick...

In South East Ohio, we have had rain, rain, and ah...rain. One of the rainyist (SP/word?)falls on record. Winter is not starting much better. Temps vary 60 one day 40 next, a couple of days in the 30's, and rain. All I really know, pull in the garage in the evenings, look to the right where my Cutlass is, sigh and mutter something about stupid weather, and go inside.

Yes, we have had rain, rain, and more rain!!! But it beats the heck out of snow!!!! I'm with fmbjogger..... I hate the cold and snow!!!!! As long as we have a dry spring and I can get Teepo out of the back garage and across the yard, I'll be happy! I figure we'll be getting blasted soon enough with snow. This isn't the first 'green' Christmas we've had around here. It's supposed to be 40 on Christmas day! I'll take it!! And yes, now the days will soon be getting a whole minute longer!

We have 3 inches of snow on the ground and the lakes are frozen enough for ice fishing, so at least it looks like Christmas.

Just got in from a dash to the 'overcrowded' store. The roads are wet and according to the car thermometer its a balmy 39°. Feels like heaven. We're currently about 20° above normal temps for around here. Christmas day is supposed to be around 44°. This weather is freaky wierd, but I'll take it.

Anyone notice that with the 'warmer' weather people are starting to drive stupid again? I don't think its the season, I think its a false sense of road conditions.
