Finally runnig good

I finally got my 442 running great. I have been running or i should say trying to run an MSD Pro Billet distributor. I had to replace the magnetic pickup and the circuit board as both failed last year. Well a few weeks ago they failed again. I have read that many if you are running PerTronics so i decided to switch mine over. Called Don at FBO ignition systems in Oregon and he put together a Flamethrower 3 for me. He said he would no longer work on the MSD as they were basically junk. I insalled the PerTronics today and oh man what a difference. No longer runs rich and burns your eyes it runs like a brand new motor should. Many of you have helped me alot over the years and i have talked to many of you to try to figure this out. Thank you all for yiour help and thank you FBO for helping me get the setup the car needed. I can finally use my car!

As i am sure you know my MSD will fit both. I was simply sharing my excitement that i was able to get my car running good. I have recieved help in the past trom members who were interested in helping with problems, not offering up rediculous comments. There are other sights that i would almost expect such comments but not here. But thank you for taking the time to read my post
