A good looking 442 convertible.
Strangely it's missing the rear sway bar even though it has the boxed control arms.
I really do think it's a faux pas / serious mistake to sell a 442 that's missing this.
Also missing the front air dam under the core/support - behind the bumper. With AC you will want to have this.
In general it looks like an older "restoration" that the under carriage has been over painted. i.e. painted gas tank.
Under the hood has incorrect carb and needs a good detailing.
Also any time someone wraps the engine wiring harness in that plastic convoluted tubing it's time for a new harness.
Hard to go wrong with a convertible. If the body is solid I'd say this is worth further consideration.

Really is odd to leave the rear sway bar off? What do you expect for 70 grand though I guess. What is up with the interior? Is it really as filthy as it looks? Definitely resale red. As with any car dealer flip I would fine tooth comb that car. The top looks to have an issue around the window.

Wrong intake, carb, positive battery cable, air cleaner assembly, heater hose routing, master cylinder, alternator (still has rebuilder's tag), hose clamps, and distributor (HEI).
Ford battery, messed-up PCV and crankcase ventilation system, zip-tie on radiator overflow hose, painted vacuum control for distributor advance (not hooked up), misaligned glove box door, leak--either antifreeze from water pump or oil from front of pan, and missing its born-with door edge guards.
Air conditioning has replacement POA that uses compressor cycling switch--this causes extreme wear on the compressor clutch being that it is not designed for on/off service with such heavy internals. Compressor discharge line to condenser is missing. Missing label on A/C compressor and evaporator housing.
At least it has an original W/S washer pump!
