Fake Demolition Man W30 Lot 1013.3 B-J

The RE Olds Museum received as a donation the two Olds cars not demolished during the filming of the Demolition Man movie. In 2001 my buddy and I were given a VIP tour of the museum by the then curator on a Monday when they are usually closed. Also in attendance during the tour was the VP of Motor-Wheel Corp. as he was the one who got the museum opened for us. They had in a side room both "W30s" that were not on display. I said "well now you can start on a display of 70' W cars". I was told the board decided to sell them as they both were not real, although they were "real 442s" they were fake W30s. I checked the VINs and they were indeed 4487 model cars. After looking them both over, there was obvious items wrong or there were parts missing, such as alumn. intake, E heads, etc !

Will be interesting how B-J auctioneer describes this car when it hits the block!

Looked at all the other Olds cars up or auction and there is a very, very, very, very rare W31 Cutlass S with Air Conditioning! Wow don't these people at B-J check these cars out!

I guess if it isn't a Hemi Mopar or a Shelby Mustang it doesn't matter.

Do you think these cars are exempt from tomfoolery?
