Hey, that's a pretty good picture for a cheap phone. The camera on my Droid is better than the stand-alone Kodak digital camera I usually use. I don't think it's fair any more to assume a cheap phone means a low-quality camera. More and more when I'm traveling I see people taking all their photos with their smartphone. One of these days, these phones will evolve to the point that they'll be able to tell you what's behind the next door, and then we'll have truly reached the age of the tricorder!

Yeah, I guess it came out pretty well. Sending it to my computer really shows the difference over trying to see it on the phone display.

Your cheap phone takes better pics than some digital cameras. Nice details on the engine. Looks too good to touch . I imagine you get lots of comments at shows? When did you detail the car and do the engine. Looks awesome.

Thanks for the compliments. I bought the car about a year and a half ago and most of the big stuff was done but I've been really 'sweating' the details since then and pouring over the assembly manual to get things just right (i.e. correct finishes/hoses/vacuum lines/stamps/tags/wiring/clips/connectors/brackets/etc.). I've added about $100 worth of stuff people will probably never see but it keeps me entertained and does get lots of good comments at shows. The only thing left I want to do is pull the wiper motor assy and detail that. I'll do that after the shows settle down in a month.
