Engine compartment decals

Engine compartment decals
I am restoring a 69 Toronado and would like to get the correct decals for the engine compartment and I can't seem to figure out what the rectangular decal is on the large shroud in front of the radiator. Anyone know what it is and where is a good source of new decals?
