electric downshift switch-70 Cutlass

My car has 455 with switch on top of gas pedal assembly.Anybody have a picture of one so I can compare-or were they all the same? Did all 70 cutlasses come with the front fender brace support holes even if it was not a 455 car . Final question!- are the L74 350 HC 4bbl hard to find? Ted

Sammy,
I believe only the 455 cars came with fender bracing. It's a torque monster.
L74 was 10:25 / 1 comp. Were you looking to change out your 455 to a 350 L74? I don't know for sure if this is a hard to find engine, but I would think it would be more scarce.

I can't answer your question about the TH400, but I can point you to the CSM with info about it. This link is from Wild About Cars - a free site that encourages you to learn and share your passion for cars http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/cgi-b...=9930340732039
