Dr Oldsmobile decal

Bought a repop Dr Oldsmobile decal (orange) for my 71'. Remember seeing these on a few 442's way back when, but don't remember if they were all in the same spot. Someone told me these were put on at the dealer if an owner requested it. Thought it might be a nice touch. Anyone know if there is a "correct" spot for this to go?

The dealer would put one on your forehead if you asked him to. But the decals were not a "dealer installed" item and there was not "a place" they go on any cars.

Typically guys would put decals (of all types) on the the rear side windows "back in the day".
