Does anyone know!
Does anyone know of any place that sells reproduction radiators and fuel tanks for a 1964 Oldsmobile Super 88 394 cid. Any help at all would be appreciated. P.S Is there any other cars that the parts will cross over. THANK YOU GUY'S!
Your fuel tank interchange is 63-64 Oldsmobile B & C body (88, 98, Starfire, Jetstar I). No repops that I know of. I don't see why a 63-64 Impala tank wouldn't work but the tank companies say it won't- I guess to cover their butts.
If your tanks are good have your radiator recored. Any competent radiator shop can do it. There are no drop-in new radiators available.

All they list online for these cars is non-A/C heater core and a series of electric fuel pumps.
Looking at their full-size Chevy line though, I still think the tank would probably work. The 63-4 Olds tank is 21 gallon per CSM; Chevy is 20 gal per Spectra. 62 Olds is 20 gal per CSM.
The 63-4 Olds tank has an external vent line that doesn't show on the Spectra Chevy tank so you would probably have to switch to a vented type gas cap, which I think Chevy used- been a long time since I fooled with one.
You might also have to use the Chevy sending unit. The electrical specs for the one Spectra sells for Chevy are the same as Olds, and Spectra sender for a 409 car shows 3/8" fuel outlet same as Olds would use. My Olds spares are packed up so I can't look at it to see if appearance is the same, and naturally the FSC sections of the 62-64 CSM's don't show any detail on the sender unit.
It might not be a drop-in, but if you are willing to experiment and don't mind a little work, I suppose anything is possible- especially if your tank is bad. I daresay I'll be looking into it myself on the Starfires down the road.

Thank you for the imformation. I also looked on spectra the 63-4 tanks look almost like the olds .what i seen was different the external vent line and the fill tube the chevy doesn't have one and the olds is connected. But i am tossing it around thinking about buying one for the chevy. Thank you!
I can't remember if the original Chevy fill neck is attached to the tank or has a rubber hose section in it. Either way, you could probably cut the fill neck off the Olds tank and attach it to the Spectra Chevy tank using a hose section.
Keep in mind that Impala/88/LeSabre are all B-body cars with deep-well trunks and as such should use similar fuel tanks. Pontiac put theirs under the trunk floor and are very different.
