documentation - finally!!

Not really but at this point I'll take something, I finally found a bit of documentation for my car - a copy of the original title that says it was sold on December 8, 1969 which jives with the cowl tag that is stamped 11C and many of the other date coded parts that are coded October and November. Interestingly it says the car had a base price of $3,537. I thought convertibles were $3,567 and it is listed as total delivery price as 4,700 - that's $1,200 in options a third of the price. Although this doesn't tell me much it does help demonstrate that this was a decently optioned car. I have to find my Oldsmobile restoration guide book with the options and pricing.

The prices often changed during the year. The $3567 started Jan 1st, 1970, and was $3537 prior to that (when your car was built) I have all the option prices post Jan 1st, and have some, but not sure I have all option prices pre Jan 1st.
I'll bet your book has post Jan prices.
