I have done all but sold my gramma to find a center console and auto shifter for my '80 olds G-Body. Bucket seats are a rare commodity also but there are many aftermarket sets available to handle the HP my car will generate. I do need a console, an original would be nice, but there are many choices of which I would be interested in entertaining. Period correct is good but would consider even a GTO, GS, or similar. I'll make it fit if it is what I need/want.
