Depend On Auto - good or bad?

Hi folks...

Found some stuff on ebay I'm interested in, but I'm not able to msg the seller (dependonauto).
So I found their website instead and sent them a message through their contact form. That was several days ago and I still haven't got any reply.

Seems they're not quite as dependable as their name suggests.

So does anyone else here have experience with these people?
Am I just having bad luck or are they always this difficult to communicate with?

I won't call them, my spoken English is _a lot_ worse than my written...

/ Peter

Never mind, bought my headers elsewhere...

And dependonauto, if you ever should happen to read this:
You really need to work on your communications.
