Dash question????

Dash question????

I picked up this dash today and was wonder if anyone new what the small rectangle idiot light is on the center of the dash and what vehicle year it was made for and any other info. Thanks

It came from a 1972 car that originally had the tach & gauges. That piece on top has the "fasten seat belts" light in it. 1972 was the first year that(fasten seat belts) was mandatory in these cars & if you got the Rallye pack (tach & gauges), there was not enough room in the gauge cluster for this light. If your car just had the regular fuel gauge, the FSB light is in the very bottom of it. This dash could have came in about any Cutlass that year.

makes sense, I just picked up the dash from the original owner of my car and he said he took it out when they did the restoration 19 years ago. It's a 72. Whats a dash worth these days?
