Just throwing this out there: I'm casually looking for green interior stuff. If you have any for sale let me know.
I do have a question though. If you look in front of my dash (bottom of windshield) you'll see a metal piece with vents and speaker hole. Is that part of the dash assembly or part of the car? Anyone know where I could get one? Mine is pretty rusty. I'm good with welding and metal work etc but if that's something I can unbolt, and swap out for a good solid one, I'd rather do that.

That metal part is part of the car & is often rusty right at the base of the windshield. I have one that is pretty nice with only a couple tiny pinholes on the outside of the windshield. What year & model is your car? I have some green interior pieces.

 

I have a 72 CS but you're all the way in Indy.
Does that piece unbolt from the car?

 

No they have to be removed, usually with a sawzall & shipped.
