Dash help

Well, I went for it. After an hour or so, I got my dash out and apart. Not an easy task. I'm 6-4, 250. I don't fit in small places.

Does anyone know where I can get a new dash? Not a snap on.

1969 olds cutlass supreme.

Thank you.

There is a complete one on Austin CL. The guy wants 9 bills for it though, ouch.

You can't. Good used or expensive recover are your only options.

I got one of those ABS dash covers, not totally sold on them. Dash would have to be pretty bad for me to get another one.

You're going to have to bite the bullet and buy a nice used one, and it's going to be expensive. Been there, done that.

Good luck

I have a decent used one, but it would definitely need to be dyed. It may be missing some studs on the back, but they are not broken out, just missing. Studs from your current dashpad could be removed and installed in this one.

The color is not as good as the pictures make it look.

When you took your dash out, hopefully you took your front seat out first. It is a heck of a lot easier (but by no means easy) if the front seat is out.
