Oldsmobile, like other GM divisions, recycled the option codes each year. So the P01 discs in 1972 might differ from those in other years.
Maybe someone will post a picture for you, but if you have a 1972 assembly manual (aka Product Information Manual), it'll have a chart listing the HF code wheels. It might also have a picture of the P01 discs. If it doesn't, chances are the Chassis Service Manual does. Both of these manuals are excellent reference material that you should own.

Checked my book more. It does not show a 69, but shows a 68, and 70. They are not wire caps. The book says,14 inch, center dome with imprinted Oldsmobile logo with 6 oblong slots. Looks like to me the standard full size cap for 69.
