crappy elec fuel pumps

so....I rebuilt my 425....and I put in a double timing chain.....and of course the manual fuel pump didn't work out because the arm of the fuel pump scrapped against the timing chain since it stuck out further than the single one.
I put in a electronic fuel pump ( holley 7 psi ) that I cracked because I over tightened the fitting.....so in despair I went to the local auto part store and picked up a off the shelf mr. gasket one....broke in my engine...etc...etc...
I haven't started it for awhile....like several months....tried today and the stupid fuel pump is froze.....I never really liked electronic pumps......since they seem to go out faster than manual.
my question is.....is there a manual fuel pump that is made for a double timing chain ? ......without trying to bend the crap out the arm of a stock one ??

What double roller set? My Carter pumps worked fine with my Cloyes Street double roller timing set.

I have run Cloyes and similar chains since the 1970s and never had a problem with stock or Holley mechanical pumps. I have also run a Holley electric red pump for about 10 years now without failure, using the Jeg's screen type filter.
