crank case breather filter

OK, apparently what I'm looking for is called a crank case breater filter. This is the piece that clips into the side of the air cleaner and accepts the black tube that runs down to the driver's side crank case.

They're readily available for most GM cars. Question is, will any of these work for a '68 442? Not sure if anyone out there knows....

RockAuto lists that filter element from five different vendors, ranging in price from $1.54 to $5.78.
