a couple 63 88 questions
first the pcv tube. does one for the two barrel fit the four? i have seen two many people use hose and it looks fake. i have a 61 motor and it just has a tube to the ground. and 63 had the breater from the pcv to the aircleaner. and mirrors i have seen them on the fender and the door where are they supposed to be mine had no mirrors. but i want to add them. was it fender for remote and door for regular? thanks allan

Hey man, I have a 63 super 88 sedan with the correct year 394. I always find it cool when someone has a similar year/car to mine lol.
So mirror on mine is on the driver door not the fender, only has one. But the dynamic could have been different, I think they did differ between holiday/celebrity sedan with/without center post and options and such.
And as for the pcv, mine does have the breather cap with a hose to the air cleaner and a vacuum line to the back of the 4bbl carb (im not sure if they differ between 2bbl, i know the aircleaner is smaller and different filter than 4bbl of course). you also have a '61 engine so idk, but that's how my 63 is set up, if its any help to you. Good luck man!

In 63 the mirror was on the door for the manual and on the left fender for the remote, the passenger door had a manual mirror as an option, there was no remote mirror available for passenger side. I have the mounting paperwork here showing location for both remote and manual.
The formed breather PCV hose I'm now sure about as all my cars have the 394 with 4bbl and I have added this option to my 62 wagon.

The steel pipe with rubber boot ends is 64, the breathers are the same from 63 to 64 on the 4bbl engine, this should work for your setup in my opinion.
Give me some time to dig up the paperwork for you on the mirrors for you.
I'll post it when I find it
