Convertible top pistons
I would replace both. 1 new might over power the old one causing binding. The other old one will start to leak in 6 months (at least with my luck). Don't know about new ones haven't had to replace mine yet.
$120 is what I have seen on the major convertible top sites, so that seems inline with the best pricing out there.

2x Convertible Top Hydraulic Cylinder for Chevy Chevelle Buick Skylark 1968-1972
The ones from hydro and others, in that price range, are advertised as made in the USA. Where the 2 for one special you posted ,i think we all can agree most likely are coming from overseas(china) . California location is a common practice for these sellers from overseas.
I have replaced singles in the past without issues. Your choice, i would also lean towards the pistons made in the USA.
