Console for a 67 88?

This console is listed on Craigs. It came out of a 67 88. This must be hard to find if you need one. Is it the same as the cutlass from 65 66?

I'm pretty sure the 67 full size cars used the same console as the 67-69 A-body cars. This looks like an older console - 65-66 perhaps?

Joe, That's what I thought too, but I wasn't sure about the big body cars, thought they may have used some of the parts in later models. I think the guy must have gotton it out of a 66 not a 67.

From rest of description it came out of a 65 Starfire, since that was the only one to have leather seats and exhaust exiting thru the quarter panels.

67-70 fullsize console was same as Cutlass short console. I think the Toronado used it too, with an adapter for the flat floor.

Very astute, Glenn!
I'll add that it couldn't have come out of a '67 super 88, cuz there was no such thing! That console is fullsize thru '66 only. And as Glenn says, it must be from a '65 Starfire in particular!
