It's the mobile site. It pops up for me every now and then also. Just scroll to the bottom and hit ...view full site.

Up intell a few days ago it was a (light weight ) version witch was very user friendly and looked a lot better to boot. This new version is very different but, workable

Yeah, VBulletin just introduced a new mobile format. It has more information, and, I guess, is supposed to be more useful.
It has some more sophisticated features, like a top bar that hovers regardless of where you scroll, so I would suspect that phones with older software may freak out on it.

I gotta say i think its bullshit because i dont think they are designing stuff like this to make it more user friendly i think they are being designed with more advertising in mind....i noticed with this latest versio a commercial would just pop up in the whole screen...ive even noticed on my television the bottom bar has commetcials and now a small square with a live no voice commercial....it makes me sick

Same for my tablet. And I have to agree with Pogo, more ads. Then again, I'm not charged anything to hang out with you rad rod dudes so I don't mind hitting the button at the bottom.
