"1964 Olds Cutlass. Needs restored. Loaded car. Power top, pb,ps,air,tilt wheel,power windows,bucket seats,tach and console. $4500. Not interested in trades. I have everything for car but the original steel wheels. Have lots of extra parts that can be purchased with the car."

Certainly seems worth looking into. At least see if he'll send you some pictures of the floors and trunk. Or if you're real close by, buzz out and have a look.
