chrome shops

Good Morning, has anyone had dealings with OgdenChrome? I recently bought a pair of bumpers for my cutlass, they are in dire need of repair and rechroming. price was right, if nothing else I have a set of core bumpers now. Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New year to one and all.

I had these guys do some badly pitted pot metal and they turned better than new and by far some of the best plating work i have seen. I would not hesitate to use them again

thats good to hear Fred, thanks for the reply. How about their pricing. one way or another, I have to get my bumpers done, either the set thats on the car now or these. As far as being straight, they are better than what I have on the car, but the ones already installed are better lookings. thanks again

I have not personally, however some friends have and they did a good job. They've been around a long time.

I got more than i paid for in my opinion. I had them do the vent window pillars which were badly pitted and they were about 300 each which included shipping. My rear bumper was done at sherms custom plating in Sacramento California and again it was beyond my expectations but was not cheap about 1800 and it is spectacular. I have no regrets with either plating shop. These parts were done for the restoration of my 68 442 front wheel drive car unveiled in Chicago last November. Hope this helps

I used them for the eyebrow and hood trim, door handles and hood pins. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. I would use them again. Like every chrome shop, don't be in a hurry because turnaround time is not too quick.
