Does make you wonder if they are trying to promote more spectator flow for the Chrysler Nationals... Wonder which show the Hurst Chrysler owners plan to attend???

 

I don't pay any attention to the Chryslers show, so it did not register on me that it's the same weekend.

 

I don't see what the "draw" would be for this... Something like Oh by the way there is a Hurst show too this weekend. Not a draw for me at all and they lost me for the new Chevy Nationals and not that this matters either, but the other non Chevy GM owners may feel the same.

 

I don't understand the timing. The Chrysler show is huge already. Are there that many Hurst/Challengers? I figure both 300H cars still on the road will be there. Maybe the early Hemi Cudas that Hurst built, and the SC/Ramblers are "Chryslers" now also. I just figured there would be more H/Os, though in that case 2018 would make more sense for a Hurst show.

 

I would agree with you on that... And I wouldn't be surprised if the H/OCA already has some sort of plan in the works for the 2018 50th Anniversary of the Olds H/O's...

 

One would hope. Of course, I would also hope the 2018 Nationals have a similar theme. Of course, that might have been the year to have the H/OCA and OCA Nationals together, as opposed to this year.

Why in the world would you make this hurst national thing the same as most?!?!? Maybe you should've keep the gm name and added it to that show . You are picturing an olds in the pic?!?? Maybe that would've boosted the show instead of adding it to an already successful show! And common hurst with mopar! Really ! Hurst is more know for gm. What is going on with Carlisle ! Really alienating gm cars! Non chevy that is. Someone make sense of this . Please !

Carlisle Chevrolet Nationals Hi Stan. We intended to host the Hurst Nationals during the Chevrolet weekend, however, the building was booked by an existing client. So, for 2017 and likely 2018, the Hurst Nationals will be held in conjunction with the Chrysler show due to the building's availability.
