Carb supplier in the U.S.

Hi everyone,

I used the wanted section here some time ago, but no luck.

Could anyone direct me to a shop or someone that works on carbys in the U.S as I am after some linkages for my 4 barrel Rochester off my 59 Olds.

Thank you
John.

Try The Carburetor Shop -- www.thecarburetorshop.com . They're a pretty big outfit now so I bet they'd have whatever you need for that old 4GC, and they'd be willing to ship worldwide.

NB -- I haven't used them myself, but I have heard good things.

PS -- "Carbys"? Really?

Daytona Parts Company in New Smyrna Beach, Florida (386) 427-7108 GMT (USA eastern std. time zone) If you call please mention Dave Bunch Racing and Restoration Services in Crawfordville, Fla.

They are the BEST. I have had several carbs done by them for customers. They even did my ultra rare 70' W31 carb. Worked correctly right out of the box. Great service and decent prices. They can even wet flow the carb to make sure it is operating properly!

Try A&G carb shop in Oak Park Illinois.

FYI I used the carburetor shop when they were located in rancho cucamungo (15 years ago or so) - closed down by the IRS with my W30 carb inside - never got it returned. That was after it was sold my the original owner and probably before the present owners

I think that was probably Brad Urban's Carb Shop which, although once the premier carburetor and fuel system place in North America, by all accounts went to ratshit after Brad's death.

Different shop.
