Have you checked those specialty fastener drawers at Lowes or Home Depot ?

I have found a few things for my Olds there.

 

Is that the throttle cable clip? If so check OPGI.com # C241592.

just bought this I just need the clip

 

Grommet and sleeve seem way to wide for use on a '70-2 Olds Quadrajet......my kit uses a narrow grommet like the original setup and that works with the flat washer and clip (again- as used on the originals). Maybe what you show will work but it looks like that setup doesn't leave room for the clip....can't tell you 100%.
