Car Look alikes
Has anyone ever noticed how the old 80's aston martin V8 vantange volante look a lot like the new ford mustangs. At least for the front end.
Don't know how to add pictures, so here are links.

Any other classic to new lookalikes you have noticed?

I read somewhere that the new Cadillac looks suspiciously like the last of the Olds 88s. I never looked closely at one (a Cadillac) myself so couldn't say. I think I read that over at ROP.

citcapp take note
I did not start this thread. Even though the little voice in my head tell me to do it. I have yet to mention the similarites between your car and one that was pointed out a few days ago by a Newbie.
That's because we're such great friends and [I don't want to get my skull bashed in]
So I just laugh to my self and poke the little voices in my head with a Q-tip to shut them up.

Speaking of pics... I still can't find that waterfall.
I ponder it for hours at a time and still no luck, must persevere.
That "bear" may be lurking around in it too, I will assume it was taken in Jamesbo's backyard.
Now they'll really be confused.

Dang, Jamesbo!
Just put some food on the ground instead of making him work for it!
I guess me and my mom should stop griping about having squirrels in the feeders...
BTW, WHAT is that rope he is on? I need something with a load cappacity like that!
And there's Jamsbo waving - see, there IS a close resemblance...
Allan - welcome back my friend! Hope all is going well.

GN were the catz azz back in the day, used to watch them wax on the local strip. One night there was a GSX lined up with a GNX and some other car...wasn't paying attention to it though. I had my 63 impala at the time. Light turned green and I stood on it (2nd row) trying to keep up so I could see who one... no such luck. They walked away from me like I was standing still...cool shiz.

No but my dad has the stage one in the pics I posted from the power tour. he has had that thing longer than I have been driving. not sure what the diff would be between the gsx and the stage one. Was looking in Hemmings and there are a few gn's for sorta reasonable numbers. Some are even cheep relatively speaking.
